Accessed via a narrow, private road, it is ideal for those who love nature and appreciate elegant luxury and privacy. This property has no swimming pool, instead, follow the private stairway and footpath 45m down to a small, wild, beautiful beach with crystal-clear turquoise waters, visited only by the occasional boat. Sunbeds are available on the beach exclusively for guests and, if you wish, a small motorboat (no license required) can be delivered on request (at an extra cost). Pick up your morning croissants fresh from Fiscardo, explore the surrounding coastline, or head across to the sister island of Ithaka.

The property is comprised of 2 villas measuring 100 m2 each, which are close enough to share daily life, and far apart enough to offer necessary privacy (they are never rented out separately). Both villas are surrounded by large terraces paved with old bricks. In fact there are 9 different terraces/courtyards at varying levels for you to enjoy every corner and view that the outdoor space affords. The property sleeps 8 adults, or 6 adults and 2 children, and the 2 double bedrooms in each villa benefit from the stunning sea views, their own private terraces, and are air conditioned. High quality outdoor furniture includes a ‘Dedon’ rattan sofa and armchairs, as well as a large, beautiful marble dining table made by the owner. The interior is furnished with a tasteful selection of antique and designer furniture.
